The range of mobile nitrogen, air compressor and gas separation plants manufactured by OJSC Penzkompressormash includes:

• Portable diesel air (CSAW series) and nitrogen (CSNW series) stations are provided with a special rigid chassis (base) for transportation by a helicopter. These stations come equipped with own-produced piston compressors. All stations are driven by diesel motors manufactured by YaMZ, Doossan, etc. The station container is lightly heat-insulated. The in-house closed cooling system ensures reliable operation at temperatures from -40°C to +45°C.

• Self-propelled diesel air (CSAC series) and nitrogen (CSNC series) stations are installed on the chassis by KAMAZ, URAL, KrAZ, MZKT, MANN, etc., as requested by the customer. These stations comprise piston and screw compressors and blowers that significantly improve station performance, while maintaining low costs and ensuring additional savings for our customers. All stations are driven by diesel motors manufactured by YaMZ, Doossan, etc. The station container is insulated. The in-house closed cooling system ensures reliable operation at temperatures of up to +50°C.

• CSNB series modular compressor stations and gas separation stations have the specific feature of comprising modified 20-foot and 40-foot insulated railway containers with own fire-fighting, lighting, ventilation, cooling, filtering and drying systems for the compressed air and nitrogen. These stations mainly use screw compressors of own production. CSNB series stations may be installed on a container trailer, which facilitates their transportation to the operation site.
